Meditation and Breathing Workshops
Specially created with newcomers to meditation in mind, Deborah has structured this workshop in such a way that we engage with multiple different approaches to meditation: traditional guided meditations, sound meditations, etc.
Breath: a universal energy, used to find a balance between the body-mind, conscious-unconscious, and the sympathetic-parasympathetic nervous system.
During this workshop, the breath is used as a self-help tool to assist individuals in communicating between and within these systems.
The benefits of controlled breathing will be explored, as well as pranayama deep breathing techniques; in addition to breath being an extremely powerful source of energy that affects the immune system directly, breathing techniques are consciously used to empower the user with the ability to regulate blood pressure, heart rate, circulation, digestion, and other bodily functions.
This workshop aides the participants with stress relief, addiction, manifesting states of happiness, and removal of depression, providing you with a healing, self-renewal tool.
The amazement felt by clients is constant and inescapable: challenging situations, emotional experiences, and difficult relationships are swiftly improved, adding a greater dimension to their lives in a way they never believed possible.
When the breath wanders the mind is unsteady, but when the breath is calm so is the mind calm. Therefore, one should learn to control the breath.
