Bali Retreat

What's included

Your accommodations at Bali Spirit Hotel offer a traditional Balinese style combine with modern and refined comfort.

Breakfast each day.

Three celebratory group dinners:

  • Welcome Ceremony
  • Sacred Balinese Fire Ceremony
  • Closing Ceremony on our final night together

There are several local restaurants with very affordable prices for your pleasure, which are not included. This gives you the freedom to explore the local cuisine.

Your Facilitators

Deborah Small

Primary Facilitator

Deborah is a much sought-after internationally acknowledged expert practitioner within the field of holistic healing. She is a seasoned Retreat host and group facilitator, Motivational & Inspirational speaker, with more than two decades of practical experience gained worldwide throughout Asia, Africa, Australasia, Europe, Middle East, and North and Central America.

Deborah holds qualifications as a Integrative Reprogramming Technique [IRT] facilitator; a science-based self-treatment methodology that comprises very simple, yet powerful tools to create permanent change within you, Bikram Yoga instructor, nutritionist and instructor of advanced breathing techniques for self-healing.

Deborah Small is the author of The Self Repair Toolkit, Journey Towards Self-Empowerment.

Deborah holds a degree in psychology from the University of British Columbia.

Nadine Faitas


Nadine Faitas was born in Germany and grew up in Munich and Hamburg, but she is at home all over the world. After studying business administration in Hamburg, she worked for seven years as Global Head of New Business at the leading affiliate network Awin in Munich, Madrid, London and Chicago.

Until she suffered from burnout which led to a depressive anxiety disorder. After feeling lost and lonely, not knowing what to do with her life Nadine changed everything in her life to feel better, from her diet and lifestyle to her relationship, her job and where she lived.

After healing herself without taking antidepressants, she decided to become a self-employed life coach and yoga teacher and to travel the world.

For over five years, Nadine has been teaching yoga, hosting yoga retreats and giving talks worldwide, sharing her knowledge about Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Coaching. She has travelled to 47 countries and lived in seven of them, in Europe, Africa and the USA.

She taught Bikram in over 30 studios across 12 countries in three languages.

She guides people to connect to who they really are through Yoga so that they can reconnect to their bodies and feel empowered to go beyond their limitations.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a cancellation is necessary due to illness or tragedy in the family, you will receive a full refund less $500 USD prior to December 13th, 2022.

A cancellation made prior to January 13st, 2023 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price.

Any cancellation made between January 14th, 2023 and February 13th, 2023 will result in a loss of 100% of the retreat price.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if unforeseen conditions interfere with safety and security (if we do so you will be refunded less minimal administration fees). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. The following insurance companies offer online where you can choose from several policy options, if you do not have a cancellation agreement with your travel agent. We offer these as suggestions and are not affiliated with any insurance companies.
